The people behind your smile.

Bilal is one of the founding dentists at Alchemy — and much of the team, the culture and the standard of care you experience today has been shaped by him. He qualified from the University of the West Indies in 2009, completed his GDC registration in 2012, and went on to complete an MSc in Endodontics at the University of Chester, following a career spanning general practice, out-of-hours emergency care and oral surgery at the Countess of Chester Hospital.

His clinical focus at Alchemy centres on endodontics, minor oral surgery and supporting guided implant surgery — precise, complex work that he approaches with the same calm authority he brings to every patient interaction.

Salman graduated with honours from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry before completing a Master's in Dental Implantology at the University of Manchester. His practice is now dedicated entirely to surgical and restorative implant dentistry — and the depth of expertise he brings to it is rare.

His work spans the full spectrum of implant surgery, from single tooth replacements to complex procedures including sinus augmentation, intra-oral bone harvesting and surgical extractions. He is also one of only a handful of dentists in the country able to place implants using navigation-assisted technology — a level of precision that sets a new standard in predictable, safe outcomes.

Beyond clinical practice, Salman has been a teaching fellow in restorative dentistry at the University of Manchester Dental Hospital since 2014, and has served as an educational supervisor for dental foundation training with NHS Health Education England. He is also recognised as a clinical expert and adviser by the General Dental Council, who regularly call on his expertise at professional conduct hearings.

Ben graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2014 and has spent his career doing what he loves most — getting to know his patients.

With a special interest in dentures and a genuine passion for mentoring younger colleagues, he brings both expertise and warmth to everything he does.

For Ben, dentistry is about relationships as much as results. He's the kind of dentist who remembers your name, knows your family, and considers being recognised around Crewe one of the best parts of the job.

Maha graduated from Newcastle University in 2017 and, after a year travelling in Thailand, joined Alchemy to focus on what she loves most — cosmetic and restorative dentistry. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry and over 130 Invisalign cases and 300 composite bonding transformations to her name, her results speak for themselves.

She's also a subconscious mind expert, which makes her particularly popular with nervous patients. Maha has a rare ability to put people at ease — and the patience and empathy to match.

Charlotte is known for her exceptional patient manner and meticulous approach to cosmetic and general dentistry. Patients regularly comment on how comfortable and reassured she makes them feel, particularly those who are nervous about treatment.

Sam brings a reassuringly thorough approach to general dentistry. He has built a reputation for clear communication and ensuring his patients feel fully informed and confident at every stage of their treatment.

Tom works closely with our dentists to provide essential restorative work and hygiene treatments. His gentle technique makes him a firm favourite with our younger patients and those looking to improve their gum health.

Caitlin plays a crucial role in preventative care at Alchemy. She is passionate about educating patients on their home care routines, helping them maintain their smiles and preventing future dental issues.

Isabel brings years of experience to her role as a Dental Therapist. Her meticulous hygiene treatments and thorough scale-and-polishes leave patients feeling completely refreshed after every visit.

Chris is the master craftsman behind our restorations. With an unparalleled eye for detail, he works closely with our clinical team to create crowns, bridges, and prosthetics that fit perfectly and look beautifully natural.

Kerry ensures our Stoke-on-Trent practice runs flawlessly. From managing the clinical schedule to ensuring the highest standards of patient care are met daily, she is the heartbeat of the practice.

Emma joined Alchemy in 2024 as Operations Manager, bringing over six years of experience in operations and HR across multi-site environments. She keeps the wheels turning across both practices — supporting the team, streamlining the day-to-day, and making sure every patient's experience is as smooth as it should be.

With 21 surgeries across two sites, it's fair to say she's never short of something to do. Outside of work, Emma applies the same energy to an equally packed social calendar and a growing passion for exploring the UK.
